Kindle Paper White – All Time Favorite!

For me, it has to be my Kindle Paper White. It’s a good size, easy to use, and the battery life is great. Another reason for choosing a Paper White over my Kindle Fire (or phone) is I just want to read the dang book and I’m not looking for fancy colorful graphics or to be distracted by links to Amazon… (I love Amazon, don’t get me wrong!)

Not Keen on Reading Using My Phone

I’m NOT one for reading on my phone. Heck, I don’t even have my email hooked up to it. Having the Kindle Paper White to hand is just the right size; it makes you FEEL like you’re reading a good old-fashioned paperback.

I Read A LOT of Stuff on my Mac

Yup, have to say that the majority of the reading I do on a daily basis is in my ‘office.’ That means I’m sat at this Mac A LOT. Good job I DID upgrade to a comfy chair. With me having short legs, I have to have a foot rest. Otherwise, I feel like the blood circulation past my knees to my feet would get cut off and that’s not necessarily a good thing.

My Most Favorite PLACE to Read

I have to say that my favorite PLACE to read is in bed so long as I have my trusty big blue backrest cushion wedged behind me. It comes complete with side arms too.

I would have liked to have said my fave place to read is at the beach. I mean, I’m writing right now about North Key Largo, and then Key West and other fabulous Florida Key places but when I’m down there on vacation, I’m out and about, exploring, eating, and sleeping. Not much time for reading!

Do YOU Have Empty Bookshelves Too?

Using my Kindle Paper White means I now have a pretty sad looking empty book shelving unit. I donated lots of books to Halo and Goodwill last year as I’m going for the ‘less is more’ look! Seriously, moving house is a great excuse to get rid of clutter.
